When you send the consultation form we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, company name if given, the service you chose, and your message. We also record the time of the request and the IP address it came from, to block spam and abuse.

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage that engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it for us

• Our website host, which stores the site and passes on form requests.
• Resend, the email delivery service that carries the form message to our inbox.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site for security and performance.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
